Head to Level 1 of the building and Locate the Chappell Grand Piano

Note: Even if you park in the NLB carpark, you must come up to Level 1 first. There is no direct access to the Pod from the basement.

Behind the grand piano is a door that says “To Visitors’ Briefing Room”. Our Usher will be here to bring you up to the Pod!

If the usher isn’t there when you arrive, please don’t worry! They are likely just escorting another group up and will be back down shortly to get you.

Parking is limited in the area, and traffic is typically heavy around 9:00 AM. We highly recommend arriving early or taking public transport!
